Clean, modern property. Nice staff. Tasty, fresh food. Efficient service. Beautiful hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property was spotlessly clean and had a modern and stylish design. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the gorgeous pool area with separate pools for activities and a quieter one for adults. The location was perfect as it was close to the airport, right on the beach, and also convenient to reach the city center. The breakfast provided through room service was fantastic, and the restaurants for lunch and dinner were sensational. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything we needed.

the outdoor swimming pool was stunning and provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I also enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast each morning and the convenient location close to numerous activities and attractions.

The only issue I encountered was a lack of vegetarian meal options at some of the restaurants, but the staff did their best to accommodate my needs. this hotel provided a fantastic experience with top-notch service and amenities.

Located close to the airport, Hilton Cancun offers convenient access for business travelers. The hotel is also situated near the city center, providing easy exploration of local attractions. Guests can enjoy the beautiful beach, and the spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay. The breakfast service is excellent, and the hotel provides a variety of facilities for guests to enjoy during their stay, such as a kids club and room service options.

The pool area at Hilton was absolutely stunning, with a separate pool for activities and a more peaceful one for adults. I enjoyed lounging by the pool and soaking up the sun. The room service breakfast was fantastic and the restaurants for lunch and dinner were sensational. The variety of food options, especially for someone with a shellfish allergy like me, was excellent. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and willing to help with anything. I had a great stay at Hilton and would recommend it to others.

The pool area was stunning, with one pool perfect for activities and kids, and another more peaceful pool for adults. the newly added towel service was a nice touch, although one towel had a dead bug on it. the food selection was great, with a variety of options including fresh ceviche, tacos, and quesadillas. Room service was available 24/7, which was convenient.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, with stained bed sheets and unemptied trash cans. Some of the food tasted bad, stale, and even spoiled.

The food was delicious, with fresh menus offered daily. The staff provided efficient service, especially at the pool bar. The property's modern and clean facilities were located in a secure area. The room service and housekeeping were excellent, catering to specific dietary needs.
